I didn't swallow, does it count?

So, today's "first" was collard greens.  YEUCHK!  Sorry to anyone that likes them.  Joe actually liked them (although they were REALLY spicy, and I just can't take it hot!  Who knew?).  It was a close race, but I think they came OUT of my mouth faster than they went in.  OMG.  I shudder just to think about it......do many people really like that stuff?  WOW.

And I never fully reported on The Office.  My "first" from last night.  LOVED IT.  I knew I would, which is why I think I've never watched it.  I just don't watch much t.v. lately, especially since I've been burning through books and I prefer that method of entertainment.  I am so glad to finally be able to use "That's what he/she said", because I feel somehow that now when I say it, it's more official.  It did cut to commercial very abruptly though.  Are all the episodes like this?  I reached for the remote and thought, DANG, the dvr didn't tape it all!!!  Then the show came back on. Then oops, it got me again, and again, I thought, SHOOT, it didn't tape the rest of the show!!....short term memory I tell ya...

So, today's FIRST, collard greens, SUCKED!  But thanks to Skip for providing them for me: )  Off to put the kids to bed.  Be good to yourself and be good to your friends and family.  Gnite!
